Warranty

All Items purchased from Unbox PC (“Company”) are covered by a 90 day limited warranty policy.

Unbox PC (“We”) warrants to the original purchaser that the Product(s) shall be free of any defect in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days for labor and parts from the date of the original invoice from Company.

  • We cover all repairs and parts and will even replace the item completely if we have to. However the item must be shipped to our location by the customer as we do not cover 3rd party shipping charges.
  • The customer must label the outside of the computer with “Repairs” followed by the ticket number.
  • The customer must include a document in the package stating the problems he or she is experiencing with the system. Most customer print out the ticket email and attach it to the PC.
  • THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALLOWED TO INCLUDE ANY ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT OR ACCESSORIES WITH THE ITEM AS WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ACCESSORIES SUCH AS POWER CORDS, KEYBOARD, MONITORS ETC.
  • YOUR COMPUTER MAY EXPERIENCE A COMPLETE HARD DRIVE REFORMAT. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST DATA OR FILES. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP ANY DATA OR FILES STORED IN THE COMPUTER.

Unbox PC shall have the sole discretion in determining whether Product is covered under the warranty for labor and/or warranty for parts. Should the Product(s) supplied by Company prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or material as reasonably determined by Company, Company agrees, at its option, to either repair or replace the Product free of charge, excluding any shipping or handling charges. Company shall not be responsible for any software or data installed on the Product originally supplied by Company. This warranty does not cover software, external devices, accessories or other parts added to a Company system after the system is shipped from Company, or accessories or parts that are not installed in the Company factory. Monitors, keyboards, and mice that are included on Company’s standard price list are covered under this warranty; all other monitors, keyboards, and mice are not covered. Any part that is repaired or replaced under this warranty will, itself, be warranted only for the remainder of the warranty period of the original product being repaired or replaced. Unauthorized repairs or custom installations will void any or all warranty.
