3. Onedrive

OneDrive is Microsoft’s data management system or Cloud service. It has a capacity of 1 TB for every user. You can upload data on OneDrive and access it from anywhere. Talk about convenience! 

4. Collaborative Tools

Collaborative Tools are solely for business purposes. It consists of Skype, Team Sites, Microsoft Teams, Yammer and Planner. All these tools are essential for working with teams.

5. Microsoft Flow

This is a task automation tool which connects different applications together like Office 365, Dropbox and Facebook. 

6. Sway

Sway is a storytelling app which enables you to make newsletters, presentations and reports from your mobile device.
